Senior Program Manager, Retail Operations

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Program Manager, Retail Operations will lead cross-functional initiatives, build operational programs, and support strategic planning efforts to enable the Retail business to scale effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and project-manage cross-functional initiatives across Care, Customer Success, and Product
• Build operational programs by identifying business needs, designing processes, and executing them
• Support Care Operations by improving workflows and scaling the team sustainably as customer volume grows

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years managing programmatic initiatives in a technology/SaaS company
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to drive complex initiatives to completion
• Analytical skills with comfort in operational metrics and decision-making analyses
• Track record of building trust with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
