Senior Program Manager, Skincare

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Skincare to lead and manage complex product development programs in consumer skincare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of assigned projects from concept through launch across skincare categories
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans outlining key deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Manage a team of project managers, ensuring clear ownership, balanced workloads, and appropriate resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• 5-7+ years of project management experience in regulated consumer skincare
• Demonstrated success managing complex development programs through regulatory and commercial milestones
• Prior experience leading or managing a team with strong delegation and resource planning skills
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred
