Senior Program Manager SME

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Research Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide program management expertise to support the S&T research portfolio
• Monitor administrative processes and develop tools for project execution and cost control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with contract-related documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of program/project management experience in a DoD or federal environment, or 20 years of direct program management experience
• DAWIA/APDP Level I (or higher) certification in Financial Management or Program Management
• Experience in the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
• Proven experience with multi-million-dollar program budgeting and fiscal regulations
