Senior Program Manager (SME)

Job Summary

Providing program-level leadership, the full-time Senior Program Manager (SME) will oversee personnel direction and fiscal management for cybersecurity government programs while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory leadership and direction for contractor staff, including performance management and retention
• Manage financial oversight for task order expenditures, including billing tracking and fiscal projections
• Offer senior SME guidance on cybersecurity methodologies and interface with program stakeholders on planning and escalations

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role with personnel oversight
• Relevant experience in financial management and fiscal oversight of program funding
• Proven program management experience in cybersecurity government work
• Experience in stakeholder and client-relationship management at the program level
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical, business, or management discipline from an accredited institution
