Senior Program Manager, State Tax

Job Summary

Driving the execution of a state tax filing expansion program, the full-time Senior Program Manager, State Tax will manage approximately 25 state integrations towards production launch while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the execution of the state-by-state sales tax filing expansion program
• Initiate and manage operational conversations with state tax authorities, coordinating testing and certification
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Government Relations to ensure clear paths to launch for each state

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of strong program and delivery management experience
• 3-5 years of experience in developing repeatable processes and improving delivery predictability
• 3-5 years of experience in tax, fintech, or regulated industries
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workstreams through to completion
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
