Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain
Job Summary
Driving the Warehouse Modernization initiative, the fully remote Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain will manage strategic programs, oversee cross-functional teams, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance supply chain capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Warehouse and Transportation Modernization initiatives using agile methodologies
- Monitor program progress, manage interdependencies, and provide comprehensive status reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, resolve issues, and optimize project outcomes through data-driven decisions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a technology environment
- 5+ years of experience managing complex programs or in a senior agile role
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Supply Chain Execution solutions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe) are a plus
- Deep expertise in program and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
