• Manage TA tools and vendors, focusing on adoption and tracking usage metrics
• Drive cross-functional projects from conception to delivery, applying project management and design thinking methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or HR technology
• Deep expertise in ATS and HRIS systems, particularly Greenhouse and Workday
• Proven ability to influence change and drive partnerships across functions
• High standards for stakeholder experience with a focus on simplicity and impact
