Job Summary

Leading the charge in talent transformation, the full-time hybrid Senior Program Manager, Talent Development will set enterprise-wide strategies for leadership development and manage critical role pipelines, collaborating with senior leaders and HR partners while working remotely two days per week from either Boston or Webster, MA.

Key responsibilities
  • Create long-term talent strategies for leadership development in an AI-enabled organization
  • Design and deliver upskilling and reskilling initiatives to equip employees with future-ready skills
  • Independently scope, design, and deliver comprehensive talent development programs and facilitate high-quality learning experiences
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in talent development or a related field
  • Proven ability to design and implement leadership development initiatives
  • Experience in facilitating executive assessment and coaching programs
  • Strong partnership skills with senior leaders and internal stakeholders
