Senior Program Manager - Toxicology

Job Summary

To support the Toxicology Strategic Programs team, a U.S.-based remote Senior Program Manager - Toxicology will manage clients' IND programs, oversee drug development progress, and collaborate with international teams while providing technical support and maintaining communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nonclinical TOX portion of IND-enabling programs, developing execution plans and monitoring progress
• Provide technical support during the business development phase, including understanding IND submission requirements and preparing program proposals
• Maintain timely communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth program execution and track relevant scientific advances

Required qualifications

• PhD or MS degree in Toxicology, Pharmacology, DMPK, or related fields
• 2-3 years of post-PhD experience or 5+ years of experience after a Master's degree
• Experience with in vitro or in vivo studies in drug discovery and development
• Program management experience in leading nonclinical programs preferred
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly desired
