Senior Program Manager - Value-Based Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager of Value Based Care Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure operational deliverables are met on schedule
• Manage program changes and risks, developing mitigation and contingency plans
• Maintain strong relationships with provider partners and vendors, ensuring alignment on program changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree
• Proven experience in healthcare, particularly with Value-Based Care programs
• Strong program management expertise and leadership skills
• Exceptional relationship-building skills to engage various stakeholders effectively
