Senior Program Manager Virginia Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, and oversee recruiting and hiring
• Lead all aspects of large cross-functional projects or programs from end to end
• Manage internal and external relationships in support of programs and develop solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience
• PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
• Experience in staffing, training, and development preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CMMS systems
• Highly sophisticated math skills and ability to calculate complex figures
