Job Summary

Leading complex cross-functional programs, the full-time Senior Program Manager in Business Operations/PMO will drive transformational initiatives from strategy development through execution, working in a hybrid capacity from Tacoma, WA, or fully remote within the US.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring measurable business impact
• Shape strategy by partnering with senior leaders to define program goals and innovative solutions
• Establish structured program frameworks, including governance models and KPIs, to enable clarity and accountability

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a SaaS or fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in driving transformation initiatives that impact business outcomes
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels effectively
• Strong understanding of SaaS business processes, including lead-to-cash and product lifecycle
• Experience with AI tools to enhance program execution and decision-making
