Senior Program Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Officer (Northern & Western Europe).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the regional funding programs and grant portfolio aligned with community needs and strategic goals
• Build and develop regional funding committees to facilitate transparent decision-making in grantmaking
• Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with communities and funding partners, supporting their needs and challenges

Required Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of trust-based philanthropy or community-based grantmaking
• Experience in participatory decision-making structures and international grantmaking
• Experience in nonprofit capacity building as a funder, consultant, or nonprofit leader
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity
