Senior Program Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Officer (Northern & Western Europe).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the regional funding programs, aligning with community needs and strategic goals
• Build and facilitate regional funding committees to support participatory grantmaking
• Develop and maintain relationships with communities, grantees, and funding partners to support effective collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of trust-based philanthropy or community-based grantmaking
• Experience in participatory decision-making structures and international grantmaking
• Background in nonprofit capacity building as a funder, consultant, or leader
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with experience managing complex projects
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity
