Senior Program Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Officer - National Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Vice President in creating a cohesive national program unit with consistent operational practices
• Provide project management support to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency within National Programs
• Engage with various business units and facilitate meetings to promote alignment and collaboration across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, urban planning, or relevant experience; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the nonprofit sector and community development programs
• Deep understanding of community development and program replication strategies
• Experience working with diverse individuals and organizations, including community-based organizations and local government
• Strong background in project management and proficient use of relevant applications
