Senior Program Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Program Operations to support a large federal program.

Key Responsibilities

• Own program-level financial tracking and revenue forecasting
• Develop and manage staffing forecasts aligned to contracted work and pipeline
• Produce monthly operational dashboards for executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• At least eight years of experience in program operations, PMO, or financial operations in federal or complex services environments
• Strong financial modeling capability (Excel and forecasting tools)
• Experienced in managing staffing forecasts and utilization models
• Financial system owner (Ruddr or other resource and financial management tools)
• Federal experience is critical
