Senior Program Owner, GTM Capabilities

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Owner specializing in Go-to-Market Capabilities for the Customer Success organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver functional onboarding programs for the Customer Success organization, ensuring role readiness within 6 months
• Maintain and enhance the Customer Success program, ensuring effective communication and measurement against business expectations
• Oversee the delivery of Sales/Adoption methodology training and develop ad-hoc role training to elevate skills within the organization

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or related fields within enterprise software
• Advanced skills in instructional design and facilitation of training sessions
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of the P&C industry
• Experience in complex project management and maintaining project tracking systems
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, LMS, and project tracking platforms
