Senior Program Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Planner - Advanced to support Multi-Mission Air Defense programs in a full-time remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compliant Integrated Program Schedules and validate flow, budget, and resources for execution
• Provide critical path predictive analysis and develop solutions for programmatic execution conflicts
• Utilize performance metrics to drive actions for improved program performance and mentor junior planners

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8 to 10+ years of professional experience
• Experience with schedule development and Earned Value Management
• Proficiency in tools such as Deltek and MSProject
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance and must be a US Citizen
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams in a project management environment
