Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end reviews of applications and case files, assessing eligibility and documentation completeness
- Prepare detailed review records and develop standardized review tools to enhance consistency and quality
- Conduct secondary reviews of complex cases and facilitate reviewer calibration sessions to improve evaluation processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, healthcare administration, or a related field
