Senior Program Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Population Health Impact team, the remote Senior Program Specialist will manage project workflows, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and provide operational support to enhance team effectiveness and achieve departmental goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and streamline operational processes and workflows to ensure team efficiency and manage centralized resources
• Apply project management principles to facilitate special projects and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials
• Support the execution of cross-functional initiatives and assist in designing and implementing operational reports

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare, with a preference for knowledge of value-based care
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
• Experience in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders
