Senior Program Specialist, Occupational Health

Job Summary

Supporting Marriott's Occupational Health Services, the full-time Senior Program Specialist, Occupational Health will coordinate medical-only claim activities, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate medical-only claim activity from intake through resolution in alignment with established procedures
• Review injury reports and medical documentation for completeness and timely follow-up
• Communicate with associates, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders to support claim progression

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in administrative or operational support roles within healthcare or claims
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical health records and Microsoft Office 365
• Preferred: Associate degree or higher in healthcare administration, business, or related field
