Job Summary

Driving programmatic strategy and execution, the full-time Senior Programmatic Manager will lead a portfolio of medium to large client accounts, ensuring strong performance through advanced optimization and high-quality client management in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead programmatic strategy, execution, and optimization across client accounts to achieve business goals
  • Own client communication for key accounts, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights
  • Drive media buying decisions, including campaign structure, audience segmentation, and budget allocation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 3-6+ years of experience in programmatic media or digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across major DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP)
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships independently
  • Deep understanding of programmatic metrics, audience strategy, and optimization techniques
