Job Summary

Leading and scaling a growing B2B programmatic practice, the full-time Senior Programmatic Manager will oversee campaign operations for a portfolio of clients, drive strategic growth, and contribute programmatic expertise while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Developing B2B programmatic strategies aligned with client business objectives, including lead quality and sales velocity
  • Managing campaign execution and optimization across various programmatic channels, including display and video
  • Collaborating with analytics and strategy teams to connect programmatic impact to CRM and pipeline metrics
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience managing programmatic campaigns, preferably in a B2B or enterprise context
  • Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys and account-based marketing principles
  • Experience with DSPs and ad serving platforms, including Campaign Manager 360 and CRM integrations
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and link metrics to broader business outcomes
  • Working knowledge of B2B analytics and martech ecosystems, such as Google Analytics and Demandbase
