Job Summary

To drive the Programmatic Digital Strategy for complex higher education clients, the remote Senior Programmatic Specialist will manage campaign development, performance evaluation, and optimization of paid Display and Streaming campaigns primarily using Google Display & Video 360 (DV360) and Viant Adelphic DSPs while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the setup and management of complex Display, Video, and Audio campaigns, ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations based on data trends to enhance client outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated campaigns that align with client goals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Advertising
  • 3+ years of experience managing Display and Streaming campaigns in DV360 or other DSPs
  • Proficiency in analyzing data trends and understanding digital marketing KPIs
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio and Google Analytics
  • Current certification in Google Ads Display, Google Ads Video, or Display & Video 360 is a plus
