Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Programmer to provide programming support for existing software enhancements in their Card Processing Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and debug existing code for the Card Processing Services Platform
Keep customers informed of the status of their support cases and document them in the case management system
Test code and fixes in the existing software to ensure issues are resolved

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in programming SQL and/or RPG
Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Able to work extended hours as business needs dictate
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including holidays
Experience in a financial institution is preferred
