Senior Programmer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Programmer to support long-term remote FSP projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manipulate large databases and generate reports for healthcare data analysis
• Create complex analysis data sets from various data sources, ensuring accuracy and identifying outliers
• Build patient cohorts and evaluate healthcare events using observational research methods

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with high statistical content
• Minimum four years of SAS statistical programming experience
• Database programming experience using SQL
• Experience with advanced statistical methods, including survival and regression analysis
• Experience with real-world healthcare claims and EHR data, such as MarketScan, Optum, and Medicare databases
