Job Summary

A company is looking for a Programmer Sr. to perform scientific analytical work using programming and data engineering skills in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scientific analytical work to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets for optimization opportunities
• Build and test predictive models and algorithms to enhance customer experience and business outcomes
• Develop and maintain machine learning processes and tools to assess model performance and data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in data science or a related field
• Experience in developing machine learning models using Python, PySpark, SQL, R, and Databricks
• Strong understanding of statistical theory and experience with logistic regression and generalized estimating equations
• Proficiency in creating complex SQL queries for data analysis
• Experience with ML pipelines, model tuning, and tools like MLFlow and Docker
