Senior Programmer Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Programmer Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex system and functional design work, leading project teams to provide innovative business solutions
• Design, code, test, and document complex systems analysis projects, while directing Associate Programmers
• Engage in application analysis, development, integration, and maintenance activities, ensuring thorough understanding and documentation of solutions

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3 - 5 years of programming experience, with additional 3 - 5 years in analysis and proven programming skills
• Functional skills in two major areas or exceptional expertise in one area
• Proficiency in RPG, RPGLE, CL/CLLE, SQL, and knowledge of database design
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Computer Sciences, Management Sciences, or related fields preferred
• Basic knowledge of project management techniques, including Agile and Waterfall
