Senior Programmer Analyst

Job Summary

To support a high-performing technology and analytics team, the contract Senior Programmer Analyst will lead the design, development, and optimization of complex business applications and data integrations while working remotely from Oregon, Washington, Utah, or Idaho.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise-wide business applications and reporting solutions
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and enhance solutions using various development tools and technologies
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance while managing multiple complex initiatives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development, programming analysis, or related technical roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Advanced expertise in SQL development and enterprise reporting solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with tools such as SSRS, SAS, and MicroStrategy
• Demonstrated experience designing scalable technical solutions and managing high-complexity initiatives
