Senior Programmer Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Programmer Analyst will manage CRM systems by defining business requirements, developing system enhancements, and delivering data insights while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build new digital tools by designing, coding, testing, and integrating systems based on defined business requirements
• Maintain and enhance existing tools and processes to ensure high-quality software and data for CRM systems
• Synthesize data insights to deliver reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and ongoing system monitoring

Required qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Demonstrated knowledge of a modern programming language and web integration architecture
• Experience in information systems management with a track record of delivering large-scale system functions on-time and on-budget
• Commitment to continuous personal evolution regarding systems of oppression and recognition of privilege
• Salesforce certifications, particularly Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I, are preferred
