Senior Programs Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Programs & Strategy Manager working remotely, the successful candidate will design and curate event agendas, manage pre-event content ownership, and develop attendee strategies to ensure impactful AI safety events that foster ongoing collaboration and field development.

Key responsibilities

• Design agendas for over a dozen events annually, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and intellectual rigor
• Own content framing and speaker engagement processes, producing materials that extend the reach and impact of events
• Develop participant strategies and manage attendee sourcing to ensure diverse and relevant stakeholder engagement

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in designing agendas for technical or policy-focused events with a record of intellectual ambition
• Genuine familiarity with the AI safety field, including key questions and stakeholders
• Proven track record of original written content production, demonstrating depth of thinking
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with high-status or technical individuals
• Proficiency in project management tools and experience improving communication systems in a scaling team
