Senior Project Accountant

Job Summary

Senior Project Accountant, this full-time position provides transactional and analytical accounting support to AEC clients, including financial reporting, project accounting, payroll reconciliation, and client invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and analyze financial reports for discrepancies
• Manage multiple client accounting engagements and coordinate project kickoff meetings
• Utilize Deltek Ajera for project accounting, invoicing, and reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in a Senior Project Accountant or similar role
• Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry preferred
• Strong financial statement preparation and reconciliation experience
• Knowledge of job costing, WIP analysis, and project accounting principles preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred, but not required
