Senior Project Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Project Analyst will support a large-scale federal data services program by managing project planning, requirements gathering, and cross-functional communication between technical teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations and requirements elicitation to translate complex mission problems into clear technical requirements
• Independently manage project tasks and milestones using Jira, supporting agile project management within the SAFe framework
• Serve as the primary communication liaison across engineering, operations, and client teams, simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6-8+ years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, or information management
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate client-facing meetings and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision
• 4+ years of experience coordinating technical objectives across diverse teams
• 2+ years of experience with agile methodologies, including familiarity with Jira or equivalent project tracking tools
• Experience developing and maintaining professional documentation, including process guides and stakeholder-facing deliverables
