Senior Project Analyst

Job Summary

Leading a team of peers, the full-time Remote Senior Project Analyst will focus on optimizing operational activities, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and managing internal project engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor peers while managing internal engagements and related activities
• Perform cost-benefit analyses on potential process changes and document operational processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, implement solutions, and create program documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of technical writing experience preferred
• Experience with 508 compliance and knowledge of the CCO program (Medicare and Marketplace) preferred
• Familiarity with government contracts is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software and Adobe Professional is preferred
