Senior Project Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Project Billing Analyst is a full-time, remote position responsible for the accurate preparation, review, and submission of invoices for federal and state contracts while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate invoices for federal and state contracts, ensuring compliance with billing requirements
• Collaborate with project managers and contract administrators to track funding and deliverables
• Maintain documentation for billing activities and assist with month-end close activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of billing experience
• In-depth knowledge of contract types: CPFF, T&M, FFP
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and DCAA procedures
• Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems
