Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate invoices for federal and state contracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms
• Collaborate with project managers to track funding and deliverables while maintaining financial integrity
• Analyze billing data to resolve discrepancies and support audit inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of billing experience with federal government contracts
• In-depth knowledge of contract types: CPFF, T&M, FFP
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and DCAA procedures
• Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint
