Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Billing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit accurate invoices for federal and state contracts
Review billing requirements and ensure compliance with contract terms and regulations
Collaborate with project teams to track funding, deliverables, and contract modifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 5 years of billing experience with federal government contracts
In-depth knowledge of contract types: CPFF, T&M, FFP
Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and DCAA procedures
Hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems
