Senior Project Business Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Project Business Analyst, seeking an expert-level analyst for a hybrid contract position to support a statewide Cloud POS Modernization initiative, focusing on cloud-hosted payment solutions and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership, technical teams, and vendors to meet modernization objectives and ensure system integration
• Lead the elicitation and validation of business and compliance requirements for cloud-hosted payment systems
• Support UAT cycles and prepare for phased statewide rollout, including training coordination and operational readiness

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional cloud experience, preferably with AWS and Azure
• 7 years of experience with cloud-hosted point-of-sale and payment processing solutions
• 7 years of experience in enterprise systems integration and modernization initiatives
• Strong understanding of PCI DSS compliance and secure payment integrations
• Proficiency in developing user stories, workflows, and integration specifications
