Job Summary
Managing multiple projects remotely, the full-time Senior Project Consultant will leverage expertise in epidemiology and project management to oversee client relationships, track project progress, and implement business process improvements over a temporary duration of 7 months.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for project affordability strategy performance and managing client expectations regarding product solutions
- Applies project management principles to create and maintain project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks
- Conducts business systems process analysis to align solutions with business initiatives and fosters relationships with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 8-10+ years' project management experience
- Minimum 8-10+ years' customer care experience
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work in a matrixed environment
- PMP Certification is a plus
