Senior Project Control Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Control Analyst responsible for project financial functions in government contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in contract kick-off meetings and optimize project setup for accounting software
• Prepare detailed estimates at completion and conduct variance analysis for assigned projects
• Monitor project spending, reconcile unbilled balances, and assist with annual budget preparation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in Project Finance and/or Accounting in a government contracting environment
• Experience using Deltek Costpoint for project setup and revenue recognition
• Knowledge of various government contract types, including Firm Fixed Price and Time and Materials
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis processes and procedures
