Key Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and specialized assistance for project control problems
• Analyzes and forecasts project status against established baseline schedules
• Reports project status to management and clients while customizing project control systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management (or related field)
• 5 years of related work experience or equivalent work experience
• Experience with fixed price vertical construction projects
• Experience working on federal contracts
• General understanding of GAAP principles
