Senior Project Controls Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Project Controls Analyst, Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the cost management program for large-scale capital projects
• Provide detailed analysis on cost risks and issues to project managers and stakeholders
• Develop and lead earned value components and support project control execution plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• 8 or more years of experience in cost management for capital projects
• Direct experience in complex, matrixed environments
• Expertise in using Excel
• Experience in the construction industry, with a preference for life sciences experience
