Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Controls Analyst, Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage cost management programs for large-scale capital projects
• Provide detailed analysis on cost risks and issues to project stakeholders
• Develop and lead project estimates and support the risk management process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• 8 or more years of experience in cost management on capital projects
• Experience in a complex, matrixed environment
• Expertise in Excel
• Experience within the construction industry; life sciences experience preferred
