Senior Project Controls Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Controls Cost Analyst to manage cost management activities for complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the cost management program and deliverables for large scale capital programs
• Provide detailed analysis on cost risks, issues, and mitigations to project stakeholders
• Drive the accruals and forecast process, including the development of project estimates and value engineering

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• 8 or more years of related experience in cost management for capital projects
• Direct experience in a complex, matrixed environment
• Expertise in using Excel
• Experience in the construction industry; additional life sciences experience preferred
