Senior Project Controls Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Project Controls Analyst will support cost and schedule controls for a portfolio of renewable energy projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes through rigorous data analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cost control and budget tracking for solar PV and energy storage projects, monitoring variances and assisting with cash flow forecasting
• Develop and maintain project master schedules, analyze risks, and ensure alignment between schedule milestones and budget data
• Serve as a point of contact for project controls inquiries, contributing to process improvements and collaboration across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years in engineering, project management, business management, economics, or finance
• Experience in the renewable energy sector or related industries such as construction or utilities
• Strong technical knowledge of project controls, including both cost and schedule disciplines
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and databases, including data visualization and formula skills
• Proven ability to work independently in remote environments and meet tight deadlines
