Senior Project Controls Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Project Controls Analyst will manage financial reporting, support invoicing and financial tracking, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Help manage financial reporting ensuring accuracy and alignment with project expectations and terms
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes by partnering with internal teams
• Generate financial reports and analysis to support projects as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in financial project controls, project accounting, or related roles
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and complex spreadsheet creation
• Familiarity with project management principles and billing methodologies preferred
• Understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles preferred
