Senior Project Controls Cost Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Controls Cost Analyst, Project & Development Services (Data Center).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the cost management program and deliverables for large-scale capital projects
• Provide detailed analysis on cost risks and issues to project managers and stakeholders
• Drive the development of project estimates and assist in contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• 8 or more years of experience in cost management for capital projects
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments
• Expertise in Excel and experience within the construction industry
• Experience with Data Centers or Advanced Manufacturing projects is required
