Senior Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Project Controls, Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all cost management activities for complex projects, establishing cost management programs and deliverables
• Lead detailed analysis on cost risks and issues, and drive the accruals and forecast process for projects
• Support the development of project control plans, review/approve invoices, and assist with contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 8 or more years of related experience in cost management for capital projects
• Direct experience in a complex, matrixed environment
• Expertise in using Excel
• Experience within the construction industry; additional life sciences experience preferred
