Senior Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

Leading the effective administration and delivery of capital and development project portfolios, the full-time Senior Project Controls Manager will manage project controls, provide operational support, and champion safety compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Champion safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety requirements across project teams
• Manage project setup, cost tracking, forecasting, and budget oversight throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the development and implementation of project standards and continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree/certification with 5+ years of experience in Project Controls
• Experience leading large, complex capital or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of operational excellence, processes, and continuous improvement
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills in diverse environments
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft 365, and project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
