Senior Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

Managing cost management activities for complex projects, the full-time Senior Project Controls Manager will collaborate with senior project managers and stakeholders to develop strategic cost plans, oversee cost reporting, and support project lifecycle phases in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and deliver the cost management program for large-scale capital projects
• Lead detailed cost analysis and integrate all cost components into an integrated cost plan
• Drive the accruals and forecast process, including monthly and biweekly reporting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 8 or more years of experience in cost management for capital projects, including design and construction phases
• Direct experience in a complex, matrixed environment
• Expertise in Excel
• Experience in the construction industry; additional life sciences experience preferred
